Autotask Releases New Integration
with Microsoft Exchange

EAST GREENBUSH, NY - September, 2007 -
Autotask Corporation has made it easier for its partners to integrate calendar items, contacts, service calls, to-dos, and appointments, to their Microsoft Exchange applications with the release of Exchange Extension. This extension allows customers to continue to automate their daily processes with real time data from their Microsoft programs.
With Exchange Extension, Autotask users can:
- Automatically update Outlook Contacts – with new items, updates or deletions from Autotask.
- Keep Service Calls current in Outlook – with the latest Autotask information.
- Update Outlook To Dos with the latest information from Autotask – and send scheduling updates in Outlook automatically back to Autotask.
- Provide effortless bi-directional synchronization of Appointments – between Outlook and Autotask.
The cost of Autotask Exchange Extension is $10 per user per month. Synchronization intervals are user defined, with a minimum of 10 minutes and can be activated on a per-user basis.
