EAST GREENBUSH, NY - December 5, 2007 - Autotask Corporation today announced the release of Report Data Warehouse™ which, for the first time, gives Autotask users a complete and unfettered ability to generate literally any type of report based on the information stored in their database.

In announcing Report Data Warehouse™, Autotask Corporation CEO Bob Godgart said, “For most Autotask users, our standard reports and Autotask LiveReports reporting enginer capabilities are all that they need. But some IT service firms demand higher-powered reporting, and this gives them the additional functionality they need.”

One of the unique features of the Report Data Warehouse is that users can tap into their own front-end reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, Microsoft® Access, MySQL®, and other SQL query tools. Report Data Warehouse includes a training session for up to two employees. And, the data is stored on a separate server from the one used for daily operations, so even the most complex and lengthy report will not affect response times in Autotask.

Report Data Warehouse is updated once a day with the user’s Autotask data. Because it runs on separate server and is accessible through any third-party reporting tool, Autotask data can be combined with other customer or business data collected or stored in third-party applications to produce hybrid reports.
