Autotask Pro customers are also entitled to unlimited online technical support, as well as two hours per-month of priority phone support. Autotask Go! customers are entitled to two customer support requests, after which they may purchase extended support in three-month blocks for just $99.

All Autotask products also include a built-in, comprehensive, easy-to-use customer support knowledge base which provides the answers to all of the most common questions or usage issues raised by our customers over the years.
